Shipping policy

All domestic Monkee's of Knoxville packages are shipped via UPS or USPS shipping at a flat rate of $10. Orders $250 or more will receive complimentary shipping at checkout.

Tracking information will be provided by email when the order is shipped. Monkee's of Knoxville is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to weather, holidays, lost or stolen packages.

Qualifying returned orders that received complimentary shipping will be charged the $10 flat rate shipping fee to cover original cost of shipping. The $10 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. 

A return label can be requested for qualifying returns and the return shipping cost will be deducted from return. 

In store pick up is available at checkout and can be picked up at the store address.
