Shoes and clothing may be returned for a refund within 5 business days of purchase with a sales receipt. All item(s) returned must be unworn with price tags intact. A store credit or exchange will be given for items returned within 10 days of purchase. Returns must be made at the original store of purchase. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, accessories, special orders, trunk show items, vintage and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned for a store credit. No exceptions.
ONLINE Returns Policy
We want you to LOVE your purchase! Should you need to return or exchange, pleasemail back your item(s) postmarked within 10 days delivery. Tags must be attached and the item(s) unworn to receive any credit. All jewelry, handbags, sunglasses, wallets, swimwear, hats, giftables, housewares and lingerie are final sale.
After the 10-day period, your item(s) become final sale. All exchanges are final sale, unless the item(s) being exchanged is due to a damage, or an issue on our end. Item(s) must be in NEW condition with original tags attached or shoe box, cannot be worn, washed, or altered. The return total will be credited back to the original method of payment used during checkout and will post within 7 - 10 business days. Monkee’s of Knoxville reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item(s) being returned.
Monkee's of Knoxville is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns. Monkee’s of Knoxville is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from the Knoxville store location. As a small business, we cannot accommodate every return, but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.
Shipping Policy
We offer standard ground shipping within the U.S. for a flat rate fee of $10.00, unless otherwise indicated. Orders over $250 qualify for complimentary standard ground shipping. When your order ships, you will receive an email including tracking information so you can keep an eye out for your package. Delivery times and dates will vary based on your location. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays due to holidays and weather.
*PLEASE NOTE* Any order that was shipped for free, and is later returned will be subject to a $10 shipping charge taken from the refund amount to cover the original cost of shipping.
No Overnight Shipping is offered at this time.
Not all of our inventory is sold online due to vendor restrictions. If you cannot add to cart, PLEASE EMAIL us, and we will be happy to work with you on filling your order.
